What kind of locations work best? Busy ones! Requirements can vary, and we don’t have hard-and-fast rules; but generally we’re looking to operate smart markets in
Apartment / condo buildings with high density, roughly 65 units or more contained in one building.
Office buildings with a minimum 100,000sf.
Manufacturing, warehousing & industrial sites with roughly 100 or more employees on site each day.
Gyms & fitness centers with roughly 150 or more visitors / members each day.
Organizations / corporations of any type with roughly 100 or more employees on site each day - medical offices / clinics, large firms, call centers, etc. We can customize a smart market or a subsidized office pantry solution for your company or organization even if we aren’t providing one for the building.
